"We have two seminars during the year with all of the other Mission Presidents and wives and the area presidency in the Philippines. Unfortunately we had to have the last one in June on a zoom call. We were so excited to go to Manila and have one in person the first week of December! We traveled to Manila with President and Sister Peterson from the Laoag Mission. We have made many good friends here and it was so nice to see everyone again. We also got to eat at Shake Shack and Taco Bell. We were so excited because we don't have these places in our mission! We stayed at the Philippines MTC which is empty right now. It is across the street from the Manila Temple."
"These missionaries came to our mission without the chance to go to the temple because it was closed. During December they were given permission to travel to Manila to the temple. It was a really specially for all of them."
"After we returned from Manila we were required to quarantine for 10 days. We had some missionaries who were returning home as they had completed their missions. We had to say goodbye from a distance!"
"Our Christmas Conference was a huge success! We had a spiritual devotional in the morning and a fun afternoon with food, presents and games."
"On Christmas Eve day we traveled around to deliver a gift to some of our friends and wish them Merry Christmas. That evening we had a great time playing games with our assistants and office elders. We love these missionaries!"
